koyu eaf51bbe17 Use systemd-boot as UEFI fallback 
Install rEFInd manually during shellprocess-final instead of via the
Calamares bootloader module. Add refind and blossom-refind to packages.
Provide robust installation and configuration steps: check UEFI and
prerequisites, run refind-install and verify refind.conf, detect Windows
to adjust timeout, create /boot/refind_linux.conf (handle btrfs
subvols),
copy BlossomOS theme, enable mouse support, disable automatic kernel
scanning, and add progress/status messages and clearer comments.
